4. Attendance of members present in the meeting.
5. Proceedings of General Body Meeting or Special General Body Meeting with signatures of Board of Directors.
6. Certified copy of original Rules and Regulation.
7. Copy of Registration Certificate.
8. Ammendment Proposal.
9. Copy of latest returns filed
Application Fee : As prescribed in rule 9 of the Karnataka societies registration rules 1961 Rs 100 (For SC/ST and Women societies 50 Percent of the fee prescribed) Rs 35 per page scanning fees
